Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tropically. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 60 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to Return an Item:
  1. Contact our customer support team at hi@tropically.co to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
  4. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • You can track your order by visiting tropically.co/track

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
  • Tropically is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:
  • Tropically is responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at hi@tropically.co, and we will resolve the issue for you. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.
